Because Your loving kindness is better than life, My lips shall praise You.  Thus I will bless You while I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name.  My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness, And my mouth shall praise You with joyful lips.  Psalm 63:3-5

This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it.  for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.  Joshua 1:8

How precious is Your lovingkindness, O God!  Therefore the children of men put their turst under the shadow of Your wings.  They are abundantly satisfied with the fullness of Your house, And you give them drink from the river of Your pleasures.  For with You is the fountain of life; In Your light we see light.  Psalm 36:7-9

The Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear?  The Lord is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?  When the wicked came against me To eat up my flesh, My enemies and foes, They stumbled and fell.  Though an army may encamp against me, My heart shall not fear; Though war may rise against me, In this I will be confident.  Psalm 27:1-3

I will bless  the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.  My soul shall make its boast in the Lord; The humble shall hear of it and be glad.  Oh, magnify the Lord with me, And let us exalt His name together.  Psalm 34:1-3

elve ear to my prayer, O God,  And do not hide Yourself from my supplication.  Attend to me, and hear me;  I am restless in my complaint and moan noisily.  Psalm 55:1-2

Cast your burden on the Lord,  and He shall sustain you;  He shall never permit the righteous to be moved.  Psalm 55:22

The mouth of the righteous speaks wisdom,  And his tongue talks of justice.  The law of his God is in his heart;  Non of his steps shall slide.  Psalm 37:30-31

So jesus answered and said to them,  “Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ it will be done.  And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.”  Matthew 21:21-22

Therefore, I exhort first of all htat supplications, prayers, intercession, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that awe may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence.  for this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior

For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man . . .to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.  Ephesians 3:14-16

I will sing to the Lord as long as I live; I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.  May my meditation be sweet to Him; I will be glad in the Lord.  Psalm 104:33-34

Give ear to my words, O Lord, Consider my meditation.  Give Heed to the voice of my cry, My King and my God, For you I will pray.  My voice You shall hear in the Morning, O Lord; In the morning I will direct it to you, and i will look up.  Psalm 5:1-3

Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness!  You have relieved me in my distress; Have mercy on me and hear my prayer.  Psalm 4:1

the Lord has heard my supplication; The Lord will receive my prayer  Psalm 6:9

Because Your lovingkindness is better than life,  My lips shall praise You.  thus I will bless You while I live;  I will lift up my hands in Your name.  Because You have been my help, Therefore in the shadow of your wings I will rejoice.  Psalm 63:3-4,7

Hear my cry, O God;  Attend to my prayer.  From the end of the earth I will cry to You, When my heart is overwhelmed;  Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.  for You have been a shelter for me, A strong tower from the enemy.  I will abide in Your tabernacle forever;  I will trust in the shelter of Your wings.  Psalm 61:1-4

“for You, O my God, Have revealed to Your servant that You will build him a house.  Therefore Your servant has found it in his heart to pray before You.  And now, Lord, You are God, and have promised this goodness to your servant.  Now You have been pleased to bless the house of Your servant, that it may continue before you forever; for you have blessed it, O Lord, and it shall be blessed forever.”  I Chronicles 17:25-27

Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.  And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses.”  Mark 11:24-25

Now it came to pass, as he was praying in a certain place, when He ceased, that one of His disciples said to Him, “Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.”  Luke 11:1

Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses.  For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.  Romans 8:26

The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer;  My God, my strength, in whom I will trust;  My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.  I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised;  So shall I be saved from my enemies Psalm 18:2-3
Evening and morning and at noon I will pray, and cry aloud, And He shall hear my voice.  Psalm 55:17
We give thanks to the God and Father of our Lord jesus Christ, praying always for you, since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and of your love for all the saints.  Colossians 1:3-4
And this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in knowledge and all discernment, that you may approve the things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ.  Philippians 1:9-10

Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.–James 5:16
O Lord, in Your holiness and glory, You cannot tolerate sin.  We thank You today that You have made provision for our sin through Your Son, Jesus Christ.  We praise and thank You for Your healing, loving power that cleanses us when we confess our sins.
Today, may we corporately confess our sins before You–the sins we have committed as a nation and the sins we have committed individually.  As we confess, Lord bring freedom and release that we may be enabled to pray with effectiveness and power for our President-Elect, our leaders and our nation.  cleanse and heal us, O Lord, In Jesus’ name, Amer

76 Days until inauguration day

For Humility and Repentance

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then i will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.  II Chronicles 7:14

Holy God, as You move visibly in America, we are quick to speak ot Your power and might.  We praise and glorify You for such extraordinary strength and love, and thank You for Your faithfulness to our nation.

Lord, enable us now to come to You in humble intercession for our country, recognizing its sin and shortcoming, yet also knowing its potential and greatness.  forgive us for our transgressions, god, as a nation, and let us now move forward into a new day, preparing for a new administration.  may we embrace the purpose You have for us.  Let us see clearly Your destiny for us as a nation and as a people, and let us see it, knowing that as we forsake evil, Your grace filled forgiveness is guaranteed and Your healing is nigh.  we ask this, Father, in Jesus‘ name, Amen.

From our nation’s very begining, God‘s amazing movements have been fashioned and sustained by prayer.  You can see it from the signing of our earliest documents to our victories over days of darkness, to all the spiritual awakenings that have sustained our faith over the years.

How wide are the possibilities when we pray.  Prayer is a wonderful power given to us by the Almighty god.  When we humbly see His face in prayer, He is moved to act on our behalf.  Make your life a life of prayer.

If My people who are called by My name will humble themsleves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.  2 Chronicles 7:14

“‘Call to Me and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.’”  Jeremiah 33:3

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.  Philippians 4:6-7

“Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the Lord your God will set you high above all nations of the earth.  And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the Lord your God: Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the country.”  Deuteronomy 28:1-3

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.  Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you.  And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with ll your heart.  Jeremiah 29:11-13
